OMSmatchpoint provides recruitment services specifically tailored to the oral and maxillofacial surgery field and related ancillary positions. We connect qualified candidates with healthcare employers seeking to fill specific roles. Our services may include but are not limited to candidate sourcing, screening, credential verification, coordination of interviews, and onboarding support.

OMSmatchpoint may, from time to time, allow users to submit or transmit information through the Site, including but not limited to resumes, curriculum vitae (CVs), cover letters, references, credentials, job descriptions, inquiries, and messages submitted via contact forms or email (collectively, “User Content”). By submitting any User Content to OMSmatchpoint, you represent and warrant that:

By submitting User Content, you authorize OMSmatchpoint to share that content with its client healthcare employers and relevant service providers (such as applicant tracking systems or credentialing vendors), as reasonably necessary to provide recruitment services.

OMSmatchpoint will take reasonable steps to ensure that such recipients handle your information appropriately, but we cannot guarantee or control how third parties use, retain, or respond to the information once it is disclosed with your consent.

All content and materials on the OMSmatchpoint website including but not limited to the design, layout, text, graphics, logos, icons, templates, screening forms, and proprietary processes are the exclusive property of KDS Services, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any OMSmatchpoint content without prior written consent. Use of the Site does not grant you any right, title, or interest in or to any of OMSmatchpoint’s intellectual property.

OMSmatchpoint provides the site and its services as is and as available without any warranties express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free uninterrupted or secure. We also do not guarantee that any job placement or hiring outcome will occur as a result of using the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law OMSmatchpoint shall not be liable for any indirect incidental special or consequential damages including loss of income or data resulting from your use of the site or any interaction with employers or candidates.

If OMSmatchpoint is found liable for any reason our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to us for services directly related to your claim if any.

You agree to indemnify defend and hold harmless OMSmatchpoint and its owners officers employees and agents from and against any claims liabilities damages losses costs or expenses including legal fees that arise out of or relate to:
